Do you accept my paperwork?
No. We do not have the staff to retype on paper your work, corrected by us. We are mostly retired French teachers, not secretaries!
 
What file format do you accept?
We accept all kind of file format, provided that they are not protected and ready for modification.
 
How long does it take to get my work corrected?
We usually ship your work back within 1 or 2 days.
 
Can you translate my work in French?
No. We are not translators. You are supposed to provide us with a French speaking document to be proofed.
What about confidentiality?

Confidentiality starts with yourself.
Replace names, addresses, brandnames, prices, a.s.o. with an "X", "Y" or any term of your wish in UPPERCASE.
After we proofed your document, proceed to apply the real data in it.
On our side, proofreaders are not aware of who issued the document nor his email address. They receive raw material only so that they generally do not know who they are working for.
Your confidentiality is our security: We do not want our collaborators to short-circuit us in the future and become our competitors !! The less we let them know, the best for us.
